The first ISAB meeting of the RES-HUM project took place

On 18 October 2024, the 1st meeting of the International Specialist Advisory Board (ISAB) - an independent advisory body on strategy and evaluation of the project team's activities - took place, which will evaluate the quality of the project's professional activities and make expert recommendations in all fields affected by the project once a year.

The ISAB members are composed of distinguished leading international experts in the fields of landscape archaeology, bioarchaeology, archaeogenetics, radiocarbon dating, art history and classical studies. The international researchers are also complemented by two representatives from the application community who are also senior leaders in scientific management.

The first session was held in a full-time format at the Institute of Archaeology and Museology at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University. The session was closed to the public.
